Molly Tentarelli
Creator & Executive Director
With over 18 years of experience in early childhood education and dance instruction, Molly Tentarelli is dedicated to nurturing creativity, movement, and self-expression in young children. Before founding Tiny Dance Life, she spent 15 years teaching preschool while developing a strong foundation in classical and contemporary dance.
Molly trained in ballet at Portland Metro Arts Center under Nancy Yeamans and continued her studies as a member of Jefferson High School’s Modern Dance Lab under Melissa St. Clair. She also trained extensively in hip hop, performing for over a decade with Urban Shock and Portland Dance Project under Durante Lambert. Her professional dance experience includes performing as a Jammin’ 95.5 dancer, opening for Snoop Dogg and Fabolous, and dancing at multiple Nike events.
In addition to dance, Molly is a singer-songwriter who has toured internationally as a background vocalist for renowned artists and has released two albums of original music. She currently teaches Pre-Ballet and Creative Movement at Oregon Ballet Theatre and is a substitute teacher with Oregon Ballet Theatre’s ECE Head Start Program, as well as a permanent substitute preschool teacher at KairosPDX’s Early Learning Academy.
Corey Action Harrison
Hip Hop
Corey Action is a renowned hip-hop choreographer, dancer, and creative visionary from Oakland, California. He began teaching at age seven and trained at Skyline High School, studying jazz, modern dance, and stage production.
Action has brought hip-hop into gyms, studios, and public schools throughout the Bay Area and around the world, inspiring dancers of all levels with his dynamic choreography. He is also a singer, songwriter, and actor who began rapping at age twelve under the name “C-Style.”
His career includes collaborations with artists such as Kehlani, Melanie Fiona, Mac Mall, Jocelyn Enriquez, and Lee Seung Chul, as well as work with Dwayne Wiggins, Robbie Nevel, and Usher’s Youth Entertainer Program.
A pioneer in the Bay Area dance scene, Action founded the region’s first hip-hop dance studio, New Style Motherlode Studio, in 2001. His accolades include the 2018 Bay Area Legend Award from the San Francisco International Hip Hop Dancefest and an Isadora Duncan Dance Award for Best Performance by a Company.
Bethany Ayers-Hale
Creative Movement
An Oregon native, Bethany began her dance training at Corvallis Ballet Academy under the mentorship of Megan Skinner and Irina Vassileni. She performed as an Apprentice with a company in Eugene, Oregon, and as a Company Dancer with Convergence Ballet Company in Phoenix, Arizona.
Bethany transitioned to teaching in 2021 and has taught at numerous respected schools across the state, including Oregon Ballet Theatre, American Ballet Academy, The Portland Ballet and works as a freelance teacher in the Portland area. She brings a warm, encouraging presence to the classroom and is passionate about nurturing both the technical skills and artistic expression of her students.
